Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No, it is your choice to do so. -
Are you licensed?
We have 3 licensed agents in the property management side, and several agents that focus only on real estate. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, you can always reach someone after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, a direct deposit account is set up when you sign on with Asset. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We will sign the lease on your behalf, but you can see it on your owner portal. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, and we offer our owners a discount for selling their home. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Payments on or by the 22nd of each month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We normally sign a year lease, anything less would require owner approval. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The deposit is normally an amount just lower than the monthly rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin management as soon as the Property Management Agreement is executed. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
All owner statements, expenses and bills are available in real time on their portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Security deposits are held in a separate trust account as required by law.
