Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, we can only hold a property for 2 weeks once the application is approved and the security deposit is paid.
How old do you have to be to apply?

You must be 21 to apply.
Is the deposit refundable?

Once the deposit is paid, it is not refundable.
Who needs a cosigner?

If you do not meet certain criteria of the application process, you may be asked to get a co-signer.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

The best way to pay rent is through your tenant portal, but you may also pay by check, cashier’s check or money order by any of our three offices.
I want to get a pet. What should I do?

If your property is pet friendly, you need to notify the office for approval then sign the pet agreement and pay the appropriate pet fees.
