Mike Yarbrough was my primary contact with the company and he patiently guided me through the procedures. Also, Paula Raybon was helpful with leasing and owner-related matters. She also patiently explained to me various procedures for renting. They were responsive to my inquiries, and even though there were times when my calls were missed, they made an effort to promptly return them or respond via email. It took some time to find a tenant for my property, as my house was put on the market in June and a tenant was secured by mid-September. While the process was slower than I had hoped, I appreciate their efforts in the end. I look forward to continuing our working relationship in the future.”

He also installed coin operated washers and dryers in the basement of the unit with almost military precision."
