Mike Yarbrough was my primary contact with the company and he patiently guided me through the procedures. Also, Paula Raybon was helpful with leasing and owner-related matters. She also patiently explained to me various procedures for renting. They were responsive to my inquiries, and even though there were times when my calls were missed, they made an effort to promptly return them or respond via email. It took some time to find a tenant for my property, as my house was put on the market in June and a tenant was secured by mid-September. While the process was slower than I had hoped, I appreciate their efforts in the end. I look forward to continuing our working relationship in the future.”

From the moment Mike helped me find the unit to my latest interaction with Liz, the bookkeeper about some rent rolls for a loan refinancing application, my experience with ARM has been outstanding. The smallest detail has always been looked after, and I have not had to worry once about maintenance, credit checks, evictions (only one in four years) or any of the things that drive most landlords crazy. (especially one that lives in Phoenix) The financial statements are all available online now in a very easy to read format. I know how the complex is doing at the flick of a mouse. Even in this economy, Mike has managed to keep my place pretty much fully rented the entire year. One of the many things Mike did well was an early project where we separated the water meter out to individual units, helping with the profitability of the complex. He handled the project flawlessly and we eventually got all the tenants on their own water meter. He also installed coin operated washers and dryers in the basement of the unit with almost military precision."
